Terms of Use

By installing or using the Wasfaty & Raqeem Assistant browser extension (the "Extension"), or by clicking "I have read, understood and agree" in the Extension's one-time responsibility declaration, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by the Privacy Policy. The Extension records your acceptance once, locally on your device. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

The Extension is an independent, unofficial productivity aid that helps licensed clinicians fill forms and view information they could already fill and view manually in the Wasfaty and Raqeem portals. It is not a medical device, not a clinical decision-support system, not a source of medical advice, and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Lean Business Services, the Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH), the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), NUPCO, Wasfaty, or Raqeem. All product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe where the Extension works.

The Extension is intended solely for licensed medical professionals acting within their own authorized access to the Wasfaty and Raqeem portals. You are responsible for complying with your employer's policies, the portals' own terms, and all applicable laws and professional regulations. The Extension performs only actions a clinician could already perform manually.

The Extension assists with data entry only, and it can make mistakes. When you use it on the Wasfaty prescribing portals:

• You are fully and solely responsible for reviewing every prescription — drug, dose, frequency, duration, route, refills, and instructions — for accuracy after it is entered and before you submit it.
• Nothing the Extension pre-fills, suggests, caps, or adjusts (including renal-dose suggestions and duration/refill handling) is a recommendation; it is a typing aid you must verify against your own clinical judgement and the patient in front of you.
• Submitting a prescription is always your own deliberate act. The Extension never submits on its own.

When you use the Extension's helpers on the Raqeem EMR:

• You are fully and solely responsible for verifying that every code (including ICD-10 and screening codes), note, vaccine dose, referral, or other entry made with the Extension's help is accurate before you save or commit it.
• Lab-value displays, trend graphs, and cardiovascular-risk scores are convenience summaries that can be wrong or incomplete. Lab values must be fully reviewed by you in the portal's own records; the Extension's summaries are an aid, never a substitute.
• Macros replay steps you recorded yourself; you are responsible for reviewing the outcome of every replay before committing anything to the patient record.
• Smart History drafts remain patient-bound and in memory until you choose to insert them. Insertion changes Raqeem's editor. Undo is a convenience that stops if the editor has changed and is not a guaranteed rollback of content Raqeem has already saved.
• A Smart Plan runs only after your explicit action. Unless you select manual review, it may use Raqeem's native Update control once after checking the staged plan. Smart Plans use Raqeem's native plan defaults; editable recommendations, chronic-status changes, and medication or laboratory order actions are not supported by this feature. You must review the resulting chart entry and remain responsible for it.
• At a small number of specific facilities the Extension offers facility-specific referral helpers that pre-fill a referral form on your device. These are shown only at the facilities that use them; you are responsible for reviewing every pre-filled referral before submitting it, and their data handling is described in the Privacy Policy's "Facility-Specific Referral Helpers" section.

You use the Extension at your own responsibility only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainer of the Extension holds and accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any prescription, code, note, referral, clinical decision, patient outcome, data-entry error, portal malfunction, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Extension. Responsibility for all clinical content entered or submitted lies entirely with the treating physician.

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation. The Wasfaty and Raqeem portals change without notice, and any such change can cause the Extension to misbehave, mis-fill, or stop working at any time.

The Extension's handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: patient-identifying information is not sent to the maintainer; clinician-initiated referrals go to their form operator; saved reusable Past History text may be synchronized by the browser provider; optional Magic-ID sync uploads only order-set templates; anonymous aggregate usage is measured; and optional Raqeem Premium activation uses a limited one-way account value as described there. Wasfaty-only activation does not require a Raqeem account. Do not put patient identifiers in reusable saved text, because it is not automatically redacted.

Premium Access is an optional paid subscription for selected convenience automations. It does not replace the physician's responsibilities in these terms. Activation codes are for the subscribing clinician, may be linked to that clinician's signed-in Raqeem account when used for Raqeem Premium features, and may be limited to one active browser profile at a time. Wasfaty-only use does not require a Raqeem account. A one-time 5-day free trial may be offered; it requires verifying an email address from a major provider, is limited to one trial per clinician, email, and installation, and simply ends without any charge or obligation.

Additional subscription conditions

Access may expire, be revoked, or require reactivation when the subscription ends, a device or browser profile changes, misuse is detected, or the service must protect the activation system. Normal extension updates do not ordinarily require another activation. Wasfaty-only and other identity-free activations are limited during each subscription period; a confirmed Raqeem switch using the already-linked account does not consume that Wasfaty-only limit. Do not reactivate just to test a code. Premium availability and activation handling may change, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

All Premium payments are made on the external payment platform linked from the Support page; the maintainer never sees or stores your card details.

• One-time payments grant a single Premium period. They do not renew and are not charged again.
• Monthly memberships and recurring support renew on the payment platform. Each renewal extends the same activation; access always runs through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Cancellation is done on the payment platform and stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the paid-through period and is not refunded early.
• Refunds are requested and processed on the payment platform under its own policies. When a payment is refunded, the Premium access granted by that payment is revoked.

These terms, and any dispute arising from the use of the Extension, are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts and authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your place of residence.

The maintainer may update, change, or discontinue the Extension or any feature at any time without notice. If these terms materially change, the revised version will be published at this URL with an updated date, and the Extension may show its one-time declaration again for re-acceptance. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
