Premium Access & help
This tool is a physician's gift to peers: its core clinical and safety tools are free and stay free. It was built by one family-medicine doctor, in personal time, to give colleagues minutes back on every prescription. Premium Access is an optional subscription that covers a small set of extra convenience automations — never an obligation.
The story
Every clinic day, the same information gets typed again and again. This extension started as one doctor's answer to that — saved order sets, repeat-from-history tools, renal dose checks, and a growing set of Raqeem helpers. Its core clinical and safety tools remain free; a small number of optional convenience automations are included in Premium Access. If those save you time too, subscribing supports the next release. If not, use the free tools in good health — truly.
Premium Access
Premium Access unlocks a few extra convenience automations for a small monthly fee — it only covers running costs (servers, AI usage, email delivery), never profit.
Subscribe ↗After subscribing, paste the emailed activation code into the extension. Wasfaty-only users do not need a Raqeem account. For Raqeem Premium features, activate while logged in to Raqeem with your own account. No separate website account is needed. Wasfaty-only activations are limited during each subscription period; confirmed Raqeem switches with the linked account do not use that Wasfaty limit. A new device disconnects the previous one; normal updates and restarts do not need reactivation. Not sure yet? A one-time 5-day free trial is offered right where a Premium feature is locked: enter an email from a major provider (Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, Live, MSN, or Yahoo), confirm the code it receives, and the trial starts — no payment details. If you only have a hospital or custom-domain email, use “Report a problem” in the extension and the maintainer will help.
Payments happen entirely on the external platform, under its own terms — this site never sees or stores any payment details.

Questions, problems, or an activation code that didn't arrive: use the “Report a problem” option inside the extension (it reaches the maintainer directly), or message through the subscription platform. The extension's built-in Help page answers the most common questions.
How to report a problem or complaint
The fastest way is the extension's built-in “Report a problem” form — it reaches the maintainer directly. You can open it from the extension's toolbar popup, the Help page, the Wasfaty launcher's side rail, or the bottom of the Raqeem panel. The form asks for your email so the maintainer can reply to your report.

Whichever way you write, please don't include patient names, national IDs, or other identifying patient details.
